EVERYONE NEEDS STRESS

Stress is often described as a feeling of being overloaded, wound-up tight, tense, and worried (Australian Psychology Society). The majority of people tend to avoid getting stress because it cues you are in low state of your life or it shows you are weak or even it will ruin your life. Shortly, I am telling you those statements are not 100% correct.

Theory of mental toughness suggests that experiencing some manageable stressors, with recovery in between, can make us more mentally and physically tough and less reactive to future stress (Richard Dienstbier's 1989). See? Getting stressed is not that bad, we can obtain benefits instead. A further twist, stress moulds us into a stronger human, leads you to succeed and enhances somebody's development.

To sum it all, getting stressed is on of zillions of negative things giving us benefits. we are becoming such judgemental people when it comes to 'negative' stuff. Don't worry when you get stressed. We need it, though. It guarantees you are going to be a new you which is better than earlier.
